Join the Team!

We are always on the lookout for people interested in joining the team! We are currently open to individuals wanting to work in a part time or full time capacity, and are willing to pay a fair wage for work done. WoLCE offers debating and public speaking classes, in addition to the many regular events we organize. We are looking for people in the following roles:

  • Marketing and Publicity Executive

    • Social media maintenance and growth

    • Regular content and infographic creation

  • Coaches and Trainers

    • Experienced debaters and/or public speakers keen on guiding the next generation of speakers and leaders.

    • The WoLCE Academy offers a variety of public speaking and debate classes for students at varying levels of their speaking journey.

    • We also send coaches to schools to conduct workshops, even outside the Klang Valley.

Applicants do not need any prior experience, we will invest in onboarding and training you for the role needed. International applicants are welcome to work remotely for our virtual events as well.
